As well as being Western Australia’s premier Nurse Call installer, Access Protocol services and maintains hundreds of sites to ensure all systems are running as they should be.

Unlike many other companies, Access Protocol has been in the Nurse Call business for over 20 years and has technical experience and knowledge in not only our own systems but many of the older systems still in use today. Recognising that older systems are still in use we even hold good stocks of new and second hand spares for Nurse Call and DECT systems so we can help you get back up and running quicker.  In addition to our new and second hand spares we are able to offer a wide range of loan equipment to ensure your facility remains operational while we source long term replacement parts.

During our long standing history, we have witnessed not only evolving technologies but also a change in the performance expectations, and the resulting system diversity.  This has resulted in the need for infinitely flexible sophisticated IP (Internet Protocol) systems in acute care environments, contrasting to more simplistic systems for more modest requirements – in smaller clinics & surgeries.

Our suite of services

We cater for ALL Nurse Call requirements.

As a Nurse Call provider, we appreciate that many choose to utilise the robust alarm processing of Nurse Call notifications, to report a host of other required alarms.

To facilitate seamless alarm distribution, (while resolving separate operational difficulties), we design & install solutions for Infant Protection, Staff Duress, Asset Tracking, Wandering Patient and a host of other healthcare specific solutions that fully integrate with Nurse Call messaging.
